I did enjoy the cruise overall, the views were really nice and it was a pleasant way to spend some time. But reading between the lines, it kind of felt like the schedule was a bit tighter than it needed to be. A few parts seemed to go by too quickly, while other moments dragged a little. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, I just wish the pacing had felt more balanced

Booked with Gateway Clipper and it was smooth. I wasn’t sure which cruise time to choose, so I called, lady on the phone was patient and super helpful. Reservation took just a minute, confirmation came right away, and check-in was easy too. They found our booking fast. Would definitely use them again.

The ramp was ready when we got there, and the staff helped my mom without any fuss. Overall, it was a good experience. The only thing I’d say is the elevator signs could be a bit clearer.

Had a good trip overall, tbh it felt totally worth what we paid. Nothing too fancy, but we enjoyed it and left feeling like it was money well spent lol.

I thought parking was going to be a whole thing, but it ended up being super easy. Like I said, I was expecting a hassle, but I found a spot close by and didn’t have to rush around at all. Like I said, it just made getting to the boat way less stressful.

I really liked that there were several routes to choose from, so it didn’t feel like we were limited to just one standard cruise. We could pick a way to see the city and rivers that actually fit our schedule, which made things easy. I’d probably do another one the next time we visit.

the kids had a decent time. nothing too over the top, but they stayed entertained and seemed happy enough while we were there.

The event was well organized overall. It did start a little late, and it got kind of crowded, but something about it still felt enjoyable.

Overall, the boat felt safe and I wasn’t really worried during the trip. That said, I’ve always felt like safety talks on tours get rushed, and this kind of confirmed that for me. The briefing went by quickly, and a few of the signs weren’t super easy to spot. Nothing major, but I think clearer signage and a slower safety rundown would make the experience feel a lot better.

The ride itself was fine, and the seats were comfortable for the most part. I did enjoy the view, so that was a plus. But some areas didn’t feel all that clean, the tables had crumbs on them, and the restroom definitely needed more attention. Also, having to go through verification more than once got annoying really fast. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of average, and I think it could’ve been a lot better with a little more care.

The ride itself was fine, no real complaints there. I just kept looking around the boat thinking, hmm, this could probably use a little TLC. Nothing ruined the experience, but the vessel definitely looked kind of worn and could use some upkeep.

I had a great time on the Gateway Clipper cruise. The boat seemed clean, the staff was friendly, and the views of Pittsburgh were really nice. It was relaxing without feeling boring, and everything seemed to run smoothly. The food and drinks were decent too. I’d probably do it again with family or friends

There were plenty of seats when we first boarded, so that was nice. But wow, the upper deck filled up quickly... felt a little crowded after a bit.

We had a cruise booked, and the weather had been looking kind of questionable all day, so I was a bit nervous. I wasn’t sure if I was overthinking it, but once we got there, the staff did a good job keeping everyone in the loop. When the rain started, they already had covered areas ready, and it didn’t feel chaotic or rushed at all. I kept waiting for things to get messy, but they really seemed prepared. It still ended up being a really nice time, and I appreciated that they seemed to care about keeping everyone comfortable

The views were the highlight for me. The river and the city skyline looked really pretty, especially around sunset, and it was a good chance to take some nice photos. The ride itself was fine, just not something that really stood out. If you're mostly going for the scenery and pictures, it's worth it, but overall it just felt...

We had a good experience overall. The food was tasty and the drinks were decent, nothing too fancy, but definitely enjoyable. It did feel a little pricey for what it was, but we still had a nice time and would be okay with going back.

Check-in was alright, I guess, but it did feel kinda slow. The line wasn’t very clear, so I was a little confused at first, and boarding had that slightly chaotic vibe. Not terrible, just not exactly smooth either. The staff were helpful when I asked questions though, which made it fine in the end.

The boat left right on schedule and got back at the time they said it would, which made the whole day easy to plan. I also got the confirmation email and receipt right away, so there was no confusion about the booking. No waiting around or guessing what was going on. I’d use them again

We had a really nice time on the Gateway Clipper overall. The views were beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that boarding felt crowded, and trying to find seats was a bit stressful for a few minutes. Once we got settled and the boat started moving, though, it was much more relaxing and enjoyable. I’d definitely go again, just probably not on a super busy weekend
